Astroid Nearly Hits Earth! (2019VD)
Did you hear that WHOOOOSH! at about 10am this morning? That was an asteroid, “2019VD” that whizzed past the Earth at 12 Kilometers PER SECOND, and came within 108,000 Miles of Earth (the moon right now is 250412 miles away), so this asteroid IS CLOSER TO US NOW THAN THE MOON!
