A Guide to Living with Worry and Anxiety During Global Uncertainty
Hello there gang! We’ve been a bit quiet on here in the last couple of weeks, adjusting in real life to this little thing called Covid-19 that’s causing world-wide changes in behaviours and work and so on. Part of what we’re trying to do as a Social Enterprise is to do the best we can to support our employees, colleagues and volunteers during these stressful times. We’ve found this great guide to dealing with anxiety and worry and in particular in relation to the Covid virus. Anxiety is a genuine and real health issue. People who suffer with it, struggle with pain and an increase in stress hormones which have a physical impact on their well-being.
